Online Live Programme

Build the thing you've been thinking about for months.

You've already got the idea. The audience. The client requests. The DMs.

Now you need the space, structure and accountability to turn it into something real.

Branch out with the idea. Build it with the room around you.

The problem

A successful freelance business shouldn't rest on one income stream.

In 2026, diversification isn't a luxury. It's becoming one of the biggest advantages a freelancer can have—a way to build in every direction rather than defending a single line of income.

Most of the women I speak with aren't struggling to find clients. They are struggling because every pound they earn depends on doing more client work. The days are full. The calendar is stretched. And one slow month creates a kind of quiet uncertainty that's hard to shake.

Branch & Build helps you widen what you offer without walking away from the business you've already built.

Who it's for

You already have enough to build on. This is for the moment you decide to.

You're in the right place if…

  • You've been freelancing for at least eighteen months.
  • You already earn a living from your creative work.
  • You have an idea you've been circling for months.
  • People already ask you for it.
  • You simply haven't built it yet.

This isn't for you if…

  • You're at the beginning of your freelance journey.
  • You're looking for something done for you.
  • You collect ideas without committing to one.

The promise

You don't need another idea. You need to choose one—and build it with a room around you.

By the end you'll have

  • 01One clearly named offer
  • 02A price
  • 03Evidence people want it
  • 04A sustainable plan
  • 05A sales page
  • 06A launch underway
  • 07Two months of continued support

How it works

Four weeks. One decisive month.

Each week has a single centre of gravity. We move together, in the same direction, with time in between to actually build. What follows the live month is two further months of support—so the thing you launched keeps becoming what it's meant to be.

Choose your offer
01

Week One

Choose your offer

We begin with the quiet, decisive work of choosing. You'll take the ideas you've been circling and pick the one that fits your life now—the one with the most pull, the most evidence, the most room to grow.

Prove people want it
02

Week Two

Prove people want it

Before you build, you'll test. Small, elegant validations that give you real signal from real people, so the thing you make is something someone is already waiting for.

Make it fit your life
03

Week Three

Make it fit your life

We shape the offer around the way you actually work—your energy, your seasons, your other commitments. What you build should carry you forward, not weigh you down.

Build and launch
04

Week Four

Build and launch

The sales page, the sequences, the quiet infrastructure. You leave the month with something live, with numbers on the page and a launch already underway.

And then

Two months of continued support.

Launches rarely end where the sales page begins. For two months after the live cohort, we stay close—refining, iterating, tending to what you built until it becomes something quietly reliable.

The live labs

The room is the strategy.

Every week we meet live. Not for another lecture, but for the kind of working session most freelancers never get: you bring the real thing you're building, and the room responds to it.

Feedback that's specific to your offer. A small cohort that keeps the conversation close. A WhatsApp thread that carries momentum from one session to the next.

By the end, you won't just have a plan on paper. You'll have something that has already been touched by other hands, questioned in the right places, and shaped through real conversation.

Portrait of Georgie Darling

About Georgie

A writer who built a business in every direction.

I started as a travel writer. What began as one income stream slowly grew into several: writing, coaching, a membership, digital products, events and retreats. Not because I was chasing more, but because each one made the whole thing more stable.

Branch & Build is the online counterpart to Atlas Retreat—the place where the same ideas that shape a week in Morocco meet you at your kitchen table, in the small hours before your other work begins.

It's the programme I wish I'd had when I was still deciding what to build.

From the room

I arrived with three ideas and left with one live offer, a full waitlist, and a way of working that finally makes sense for the rest of my year.

Rosa — brand consultant

Georgie has this rare ability to make you feel less alone in the work, and more accountable to yourself. That mix changed everything for me.

Amelia — copywriter

It didn't feel like a course. It felt like being welcomed into a room of women who were serious about their businesses. I built more in four weeks than I had all year.

Lena — designer

Questions

A few things people ask before they apply.

That's a good place to begin. Week one is designed for exactly this—we choose together, using what you already know about your audience, your energy and the year ahead.

You don't need a large one. You do need a body of work and people who already know you—clients, past clients, a small newsletter, an engaged corner of the internet. Branch & Build is built around that quieter kind of audience.

Plan for around four hours a week: the live lab, plus focused building time. The programme is intentionally spacious so it fits alongside client work rather than competing with it.

Two further months of support. We keep meeting, refining and answering the questions that only arrive once something is live in the world.

Yes. Every live lab is recorded and shared with the cohort, so you can revisit sessions or catch up if life gets in the way of a particular week.
